WHICH IS BETTER, PREPARE FOR PG ENTRANCE EXAMS OR GO FOR A JOB AFTER DOING M.B.B.S/ INTERNSHIP?

I think, this is purely a personal choice, also depends on your financial condition. But when you are financially stable, and not exhausted even after studying for four and half years, in my opinion prepare for pg entrance, you get your masters degree/ speciality  and at the same time you also get salary if you do post graduation from a government medical college. And of course u will get more respect, and more priority than simple m.b.b.s where ever you work.                                                                                                                                                                                                         But when you go for a job , you have many options, either you do permanent or    temporary job. when you join as a non academic JR,  then the job is not stable , u can earn money but can only do it for one to two years.

Batchmates and few seniors may ask you about it, but most of the seniors and professors will not be interested in your attempts.       Professors will only judge you on the basis of your marks, your answers and behaviour in the class. It doesn't matter how many attempts you have taken to crack the exam, so go, and get it. At the end, only one thing matters that is prefix Dr. before your name.     If you have dropped a year and not able to clear the exam, go for the second attempt, if not then go for third one, and even if you are not able to crack it in third attempt, try for the forth time.     It takes time for good things to happen.           Attempts only show your dedication and passion towards your goal. so, never disheartened by your failures, if you are passionate about something,  work hard and get it. Try again and again, because persistence is the key to success. After all you are working for the
